Subprocessors
Ruhu, Inc. d/b/a Alvary engages the third parties below to process customer data in providing the Alvary platform. Each entry states what the subprocessor does and where it processes data.

AI model providers
Azure OpenAI and Anthropic are both AI model providers and receive the same categories of customer content when engaged — document excerpts, matter context, and generated output. Azure OpenAI carries normal traffic in the EU. Anthropic is engaged during a sustained outage of the primary provider and on certain tool paths.
Neither provider trains shared or foundation models on customer data.
Notice of changes
We will give customers advance notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer data, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum. To be notified of changes to this page, email privacy@alvary.ai.
