Six weeks, one matter, real work.
We don't run sandbox demos. Pilots use a real matter, a real playbook, and produce real deliverables. We measure source coverage, time-to-first-finding, and partner sign-off rate.
- Week 1. Scope a representative matter. Import the source set. Map firm taxonomy and approval thresholds.
- Weeks 2–4. Lawyers run the work through Alvary in parallel with their normal process. We track both sides.
- Weeks 5–6. Partner review on the Alvary deliverable. We publish source coverage, throughput, and a partner-graded quality score.
